Automatic Unit UF-4.2
Unit UF-4.2 is designed for automatic filling and packaging
of highly viscous products, packaged at a temperature of 8-12 °C in steralcon (lamister),
followed by sterilization in a horizontal autoclave.
Operating principle of the unit:
Product located in the "cheburashka" (reservoir), is lifted up (customer`s equipment) and dumped into the conical tank (V = 200L) node of receiving and filing of product. Ready to packaging product moves in a receiver by the screw pump and through the product pipeline arrives into a metering device with the special valve which forms a portion of a product for the form and the size of a lamister tray. Next batch is loaded into the tray, lamister is automatically closed by a cover which is fixed in existing deepening of the lamister packaging, sealed up, chilled down, unloaded onto the conveyor and arrives at the table of ready products.
