Bag in Box
The unit is designed for semi-automatic bottling and packaging of liquid and pasty products at a temperature of 90ºC in 'Bag-In-Box'.
'Bag-in-Box' is a high-strength laminated polyethylene (m/b metallized) bags with a capacity of 2 to 1000 liters, which, after completion are put in cardboard boxes, in barrels or placed in special trays. Filling can occur in the bag already laid in a box. This packaging is suitable for packaging and storage of products such as juices, concentrates, fruit and vegetable purees, jams, tomato paste, wine, cosmetics, chemicals, etc.
The unit works as follows:
  • operator inserts a package neck into receiver package
    device unit and presses the same time two
    buttons 'Start' on the panel of control

  • All subsequent operations the machine does automatically :

  • removes cork from the neck of the package
  • leads neck crown to the package filler
  • evacuated package
  • fill the package with specified dose of the product
  • injects nitrogen (if necessary)
  • inserts a tube into the neck of the package and presses it
  • throws the neck of the bag from the receiver of the unit
