Filling and Packaging in Steralcon (Lamister)

Steralcon packaging, in Russia known as "lamister", represents one of the types of modern plastic container having the form of containers of the various form and the sizes. Lamister is a composite material representing an aluminum foil, coated on the one side and laminated by polypropylene film on the other side. Depending on a thickness of a foil rigidity of packing changes. Main advantage of lamister packaging is its resistance to high temperatures that allows to carry out sterilization (heat treatment) of products in lamister packaging in autoclaves, maintaining set pressure at various stages of autoclaving.

Universal Unit UF-4.4

Unit UF-4.4 is designed for automatic filling and packaging
of high-viscosity products packaged at a temperature of 8-12 ºC
or semiautomatic filling and packaging
of meat/vegetables mixtures or other food products in lamister (steralcon),
followed by sterilization in a horizontal autoclave.

Operating principle of the unit:

UF-4.4 can be used to package highly viscous products in automatic mode (see automatic unit UF-4.2), or meat/vegetables mixtures and other food products in semiautomatic mode (see semiautomatic unit UF-4.3).
